An embroidery machine can't read a picture. Your logo first has to be turned into a stitch file. That step is called digitizing.
The steps
- Upload your logo in the Design Studio and pick the garment, spot and size.
- We digitize it once for $35 and send you a proof before we stitch.
- We embroider your order in 5 to 10 business days.
What file to send
- The best: a PNG with a clear background, or a PDF/SVG.
- A clean phone photo works too.
- Very thin lines and tiny text may be simplified so they stitch cleanly. We will tell you before we start.
