Refund policy

All sales are final. Every NF Studio piece is made to order for you (embroidered or printed after you order), so we can't accept returns or exchanges, including for size or colour choices. Please check the size guide or use "Find my size" before ordering.

If something is wrong, we'll make it right. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered (wrong garment, size, colour, design or placement), email us at natefloprints@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll remake the item or refund it, at no cost to you.

Cancellations. You can cancel or change an order free of charge within 4 hours of placing it, or until production starts, whichever comes first. After that, the item is already being made and the order can't be cancelled.

Digital embroidery files are delivered instantly, so they can't be refunded once purchased.

Gift cards can't be refunded.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
