Terms of service

Custom orders. By uploading an image, logo or text, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. We may refuse any design that infringes someone else's trademark or copyright, or that is hateful or offensive, and we refund the order in that case. Colours on screen and thread or print colours may vary slightly. Previews in the Design Studio are close representations, not exact proofs. Prices are in Canadian dollars and include no taxes; taxes are calculated at checkout.

Other policies. Orders are also covered by our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and of Canada. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Québec Consumer Protection Act.
