FAQ
How long will my order take?
We make each piece to order, which takes 5 to 10 business days. Shipping time is added after that. The delivery estimate in the builder shows the dates for Canada or the USA.
Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We ship everywhere in Canada and the USA. Orders over $100 CAD ship free. Shipping for smaller orders is calculated at checkout. For US orders, we cover all duties and import fees, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Every piece is made to order for you, so all sales are final. Check the size guide before you order, and message us if you are not sure which size to pick.
If your order arrives damaged or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll remake or refund it.
Can I use my own logo or image?
Yes. In the Design Studio, pick Embroidered logo to have your logo stitched, or DTF print for photos and full-colour art. Only upload images you own or have permission to use.
How is the price worked out?
You pay the garment, plus the design. Embroidery is priced by design size: Small $15, Medium $20, Large $25, XL $35. A second design on the same garment is 50% off. DTF prints are $15 to $30, from 4 to 12 in. Prices are in CAD here, and the Design Studio shows your exact price as you build.
Which size should I pick?
Every garment has its own size guide, on its page and in the Design Studio. Use Find my size if you're between two sizes, or message us and we'll help. One price for all sizes.
How do I wash embroidered clothing?
Turn it inside out and wash it in cold water. Hang it to dry or tumble dry on low. Do not iron directly on the embroidery.
Do you give discounts on team or bulk orders?
Yes, taken off automatically at checkout: 10% off 6+ garments, 15% off 12+, 20% off 25+, 25% off 50+ and 30% off 100+. Mix garments, colours and sizes. No minimum quantity required to order. Jackets and vests are not included. See Business & Bulk Orders.
