Production time. Each order is made to order in our studio in Deux-Montagnes, Québec, in 5–10 business days. Ready to Ship items leave in 24–48 hours.
Where we ship. Canada and the United States.

Delivery estimate. The Design Studio shows an estimated delivery window before you order (production + shipping). You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
US orders: duties and import fees are on us. US shoppers see prices in USD, and we cover any US duties and import fees, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. Shipping rates above are in CAD and show in USD at checkout.
Address errors. Please double-check your address. We're not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we'll help you contact the carrier.
Lost or damaged in transit. Contact us and we'll work it out with the carrier, and remake or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.
