  2. Waist: around your natural waist, just above the belly button.

  2. Waist relaxed: straight across the waistband, unstretched, then double it.
  3. Waist extended: straight across the waistband, fully stretched, then double it.
  4. Inseam: crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.
