Your body
Use a soft measuring tape

Your body
  1. Chest: around the fullest part, under your arms.
  2. Waist: around your natural waist, just above the belly button.

Lay it flat

  1. Chest: straight across, armpit to armpit, then double it.
  2. Back length: top of the shoulder to the bottom hem.
  3. Sleeve: centre back of the neck, over the shoulder, to the end of the sleeve.
