Your body
Use a soft measuring tape

  1. Chest: around the fullest part, under your arms.
  2. Waist: around your natural waist, just above the belly button.

Lay it flat

  1. Chest: straight across, armpit to armpit, then double it.
  2. Back length: top of the shoulder to the bottom hem.
  3. Sleeve: centre back of the neck, over the shoulder, to the end of the cuff.

Measure your chest at its fullest point and your natural waist, then pick the size that fits both.
