Your body
Use a soft measuring tape

Chest: around the fullest part, under your arms.
Waist: around your natural waist, just above the belly button.

Lay it flat

Chest: straight across, armpit to armpit, then double it.
Back length: top of the shoulder to the bottom hem.
Sleeve: centre back of the neck, over the shoulder, to the end of the cuff.

How long will my order take?

We make each piece to order, which takes 5 to 10 business days. Shipping time is added after that. The delivery estimate in the builder shows the dates for Canada or the USA.

Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?

We ship everywhere in Canada and the USA. Orders over $100 CAD ship free. Shipping for smaller orders is calculated at checkout. For US orders, we cover all duties and import fees, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Every piece is made to order for you, so all sales are final. Check the size guide before you order, and message us if you are not sure which size to pick.

If something is wrong with your order, message us and we will do our best to make it right.

How do I wash embroidered clothing?

Turn it inside out and wash it in cold water. Hang it to dry or tumble dry on low. Do not iron directly on the embroidery.

Can you print or stitch my own logo or design?

Yes. Choose Embroidered logo above to have your logo stitched, or DTF print to print your own image. Ordering for a team? Pick "Bulk order" at the top of the studio, then add as many garments as you need, with a quantity for each size.
